14 Sessions for athletes entering 6th through 10th grade
Tuesdays and Thursdays – June 23rd through August 6th, 9:00 to 11:30
- One hour of speed and agility training with Jeff Tarnowski.
- One hour volleyball skill instruction and drills
- 30 minutes of team play
