On Tuesdays and Thursdays we offer two different session times to fit your schedule. You can choose to go to either our 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. or our 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. class.

Speed Training Bio:

The Sports Warehouse Speed/Agility/Quickness class focuses on linear and lateral speed development, reactive, deceleration, injury prevention, and sport specific movements to make sure that YOU are on top of your game.

Coach Stelter has worked in some of the top gyms in the nation where he gained experience working with top high school athletes, Division 1 college athletes, and NFL football players to help them develop their skills in order to improve their speed.

 

During a SAQ class with Coach Stelter you will learn how to:

properly warm up

proper sprint mechanics

how to move laterally efficiently

how to control your body to stop and start faster and more explosively

how to condition your body for your specific sport

how to correct muscle imbalances that slow you down

proper nutrition to refuel your body

stretching and mobility exercises to keep your body in top shape
