We have a Wednesday class and two Sunday classes.

Days & Times:
Wednesdays: 5:00PM-6:00PM
Sundays: 6:00PM-7:00PM & 7:00PM-8:00PM

Cost:
$8 per session

We also have a 15-class pack special for $100!
Classes must be used by May 31st, 2018.

Monday-Friday from 5:30AM-6:30AM

Bootcamp with Tess:
Mondays from 6:30PM-7:15PM
Wednesdays from 6:30PM-7:15PM

Our Bootcamp fitness classes are only $5 each with your FIRST class free! Take advantage of these great classes that we offer every week.
