Gym & Adult Fitness Classes

About

Our “gym” includes a permanent rig designed for multiple activities. With this piece of equipment, you can do squats, bench press, Olympic powerlifts, assisted pullups and dips, and band work, among other things. Our gym has slam balls, physioballs, dumbbells, kettlebells, a treadmill, jump ropes, bands, and medicine balls. We are always interested in what our clients want to use, so please provide feedback if there is something you’d like to see in our gym!

Bootcamp Fitness
Monday-Friday: 5:30AM-6:30AM with Jodi
Monday/Wednesday: 6:30PM-7:15PM with Tess

Speed, Agility & Quickness Classes
Sundays beginning October 1st
Session 1: 6:00PM-7:00PM with Willie McCalebb
Session 2: 7:00PM-8:00PM with Willie McCalebb
